Mr. Shadi Karadsheh
CEO
Mr. Shadi has accomplished his studies in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, and acquired BSc from AL MOUSL University. He has more than thirteen years’ experience in MENA region. He managed and established more than nine companies in six different countries in MENA region.
He executed many projects with multinational clients such as; ABB, Algeria Telecom, ALSTOM, AREVA, ASTALDI, Bombardier, DJEZZY, EFACEC, EL JAWAL (STC), Ericsson, ETISALAT, Fastlink (Zain jo), GTFT, Huawei, Kapsch, LACOM, MDN (Ministère de la Défense Nationale Algerie), MOBILIS, MOBINIL, MTN, NEC, NORTEL, NSN, ORANGE, ORASCOM Telecom, SNEF, Sonatrach, Sonelgaz, SPIE, WATANIYA Telecom, ZAIN SUDAN, ZTE… etc.

Mrs. Habiba has accomplished her studies in Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation in 1996 from Science and Technology University, Houari Boumedienne, She has more than 16 years’ experience in the Algerian markets.
She successfully managed many projects with the government & private sectors in Algeria such as; Sonatrach DG, DGSN, La présidence de la république, Le palais du gouvernement, Auditorium USTHB, Annexe Ministère de l’intérieur, Conseil des ministers, Conseil de la nation, APN, BHP BiIlinton HMD, GTFT HMD, OURHOUD HMD, SHELL, Haliburton, Burlington, Anadarko, …etc
Mr. Hamid Hammouche
Accounting & HR Manager
Mr. Hamid has accomplished his studies from The Superior Institute for Management and Accounting IFP EL FETH, also he acquired many certificates in the same field like CED & IAS/IFRS.
Mr. Hamid has more than seventeen years’ experience in the accounting & finance for large scale contracting companies in Algeria.
